What does it take to be able to go to events in Oregon such as fundraisers, farmers markets, conventions etc. and serve beverages? As an Idaho business? What are the licensing requirements and registrations that will be needed?
First, someone working as a rep for the business at a function, must have an Oregon Food Handlers Card. The cost is $10 and it's an online test.
Before your first function that you "cater" in Oregon, you'll need to pay $40 and complete:
Every event in Oregon, you will need to complete a Temporary Restaurant License Application and pay $60 for that temp permit. Also, the application has to be submitted 7 days or more before the event, or there is an additional $30 late fee.
